With a structured 12-week training program, these roles can be long-term careers or steps toward another position. Patient care assistants have varied schedules to fit different lifestyles, and are eligible for tuition assistance.

Unit Clerks play a key role in supporting the nursing unit. These roles ensure the organization of the unit by coordinating communication and responsibility for administrative duties.
