*Please note, employment with Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health is dependent upon successfully completing these pre-employment tasks. Failure to do so may result in a delay of your start date and/or the withdrawal of your employment offer.
New Employee Orientation is held, in person, at our Commercial Avenue Administrative Building in East Petersburg. You and your recruiter will determine your assigned date during the offer process.
* Some roles require additional training beyond new employee orientation. These roles include, but are not limited to, registered nurses, patient care assistants, certified medical assistants, and customer service specialists. If your role requires additional training, you will be notified directly by either your manager or the training facilitator.
Your manager will directly communicate specific reporting instructions for your first day in department, including date, time and location.
