Required Onboarding Documentation and Paperwork
All new hires are required to complete certain onboarding documentation and paperwork, such as confirming personal information and identification, entering direct deposit information, and adding emergency contact information.
This information collected through our onboarding documentation is completed through our workforce management system, Workday. You will receive an encrypted email titled, “Welcome to Penn Medicine LG Health: Onboarding Instructions lg-secure” 10 to 30 days from your first day of employment. This email will contain login information, instructions for completing your onboarding documentation and paperwork, and a link to Workday.
If you have questions, or have difficulty logging in, please contact the Workday Help Desk by calling 717-544-4357 and selecting option #7. This will connect you with a member of our Workday team.
