My commitment to others is fulfilled every day in my work. I’m happy to be there for my patients, especially when they need support.
This is how I live my legacy.
My commitment to all of our patients, no matter what they are facing, is to always be the nicest, kindest person that I can be. I know everyone is facing their own struggles, so I do my best to ensure they have a good experience. I know that my attitude has a big impact on the well-being of my patients and my coworkers. I believe that a smile goes a long way – that is something I never lose sight of.
My commitment is to my team and the community.
I am committed to being a positive role model at work. I’ve also been involved with many community activities including painting rooms at the Columbia Boys and Girls Club for our United Way Day of Caring. I try to be involved in a lot of initiatives to help myself and the organization to grow.
I put personal attention into patient care.
At LG Health, the focus is always on giving great – not just good, but great – care. Our patients feel that. They know many of the staff by name and view us as part of their extended family. This welcoming atmosphere and personal attention is why we are so valued by patients and their families.
I’m proud to live my legacy at Lancaster General Health.
I want my legacy to be that I was the most caring person I could be and that I provided the best care in times of need.
