POSITION SUMMARY:

Serve as the lead in providing customer service and support to employee wellness participants. Drive engagement strategies through various communication channels. Assists supervisor/manager in daily operations of the department as it relates to employee/member wellness needs.  Responsibilities include member communications and education, employee training, and completing and preparing documents and reports. Performs quality and assurance data checks to support quantitative and qualitative measures for the department. Acts as a first line resource for members to resolve any program participation issues. Capable of coordinating and communicating effectively with team and members during increased volumes and with complex members

0.5 FTE
M-F 8:00a-4:30p
No On-Call, holiday or weekend Rotations

The Corporate Wellness Department aims to improve employees’ well-being, offering everything from on-site health screenings and flu shots to comprehensive wellness programs. Certified health coaches and nurse navigators help employees learn to set wellness goals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Qualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties:

  • Serves as the first line resource for all corporate wellness and Wellfocused participants.

  • Provides support in onboarding new Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health employees clients to Corporate Wellness and related program management tools (i.e. Limeade, WellRight, etc)..

  • Prepares and disseminates on-going communications to members through various channels, and updates appropriate team members.  

  • Serves as point person for members & employees with program questions or concerns, responding in a timely manner to all inbound inquiries through phone and email. In conjunction with Manager and/or appropriate team members, facilitates resolution of issues and effectively communicates issue and resolution to all parties involved.

  • Completes quality assurance checks for team and department as directed by supervisor/manager. Assists with collecting, reviewing, documenting and filing participant forms and data.

  • Exhibits flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of members, operational team, and leadership.

SECONDARY FUNCTIONS: The following duties are considered secondary to the primary duties listed above:

  • Assists with any special projects as assigned.

  • Assists or compiles information for applicable management reports.

  • Assist with data needs

  • Other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Microsoft office experience.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to apply analytical qualities.

  • One (1) year of clerical, customer service, or administrative support experience in a highly customer-oriented organization.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or experience in the health and wellness field

  • One (1) year of Epic (or equivalent Electronic Medical Record) experience
